The above e-code(s) can be used to book a 2D standard cinema ticket online at www.cineworld.com, or at the Box Office or any Concessions counter in any Cineworld Cinema, and will remain valid till 28th July 2023 i.e. 3 months from 28/04/2023.
How to use your booking codes:
(1) Visit www.cineworld.com on your desktop or mobile phone.
(2) Choose your preferred cinema, film, screening type and date from the “BOOK TICKETS” box located on the main page, available film times will then be displayed. If you are using your mobile phone please follow the same steps using the “Find and book a film” functionality on the homepage.
(3) After selecting a screening time, on the ticket selection page you will see a box called ‘Got a ticket code or CEA carer card? Add it here’, which can be found directly below ‘Choose your ticket and seating type’. Enter your code in the box (copy and pasting it is recommended) and click apply; on applying the code the complimentary ticket will automatically appear at the top of the ticket type. Repeat the process if you wish to use another code in the same booking.
(4) Once you have entered your code(s) and selected your tickets, click on “Confirm Tickets”
(5) Select your seat from the auditorium plan and click on ‘Confirm Seats’
(6) If the value of the transaction is £0 you will not need to enter any payment information but will need to supply your full name and an email address to receive confirmation of the booking. If there is a value to pay you will be able to select your preferred payment method before clicking on ‘Proceed to Payment’
(7) Review and check your booking. You can collect your tickets at the cinema by entering your booking reference number into one of our Automated Ticketing Machines, or simply use the e-ticket we emailed to you on completion of your booking and display this on your mobile phone at the drop-box (the area where tickets are checked on the way into the screen) and our staff member will then scan your ticket booking code
